Dead Ends Live, March 17th & 18th, 2023
Looking for a few good folks to volunteer at the Chateau Lacombe Hotel for the festival for Box Office and Ballroom Door security.
Ballroom door security is basically making sure everyone who goes through the door has a wristband, a stamp, or a lanyard
Box Office responsibilities include:
Selling tickets
Banding people who have ticket
Stamping people who buy day tickets
Scanning tickets bought online
Cash box
Reconciliation of money and tickets at the end of shift
Friday shift for Box Office is from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Friday shift for Door Security: 7:30 pm - 12:00 pm
Saturday shift for Box Office is from 7:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Saturday shift for Door Security is from 7:30 pm - 12:00 pm
For your time, you will have access to all of the music in McDougall United Church and the Hotel.
